Client agrees to the terms and conditions set forth contained herein.
A 50 % non-refundable deposit is required to secure all services. Your reservation shall not be considered booked until our office is in receipt of the deposit. The remaining balance is due and payable (10) days prior to your event. Method of payment shall be Cash Please NO personal checks.

Cancellation Policy: (72) hour for all services except Catering (14) day cancellation Policy, (24) hour Rain cancellation Policy.

Electrical Requirements: Chazon & Associates is not responsible for providing Electrical Power for your equipment rental unless otherwise specified at the time when your event is booked, at that time generators can be rented at an additional fee to the client. It is the client's responsibility to provide adequate power for all equipment. All items requiring electrical power must be positioned within (25) feet of the power source.

Food Carts: there is a $ 25.00 dollar fee for each cart that requires going up more than (3) steps.

Indemnity: Customer assumes the risk of any and all injuries of any kind or nature including wrongful death as a result of the misuse of the equipment pursuant to the contract. Customer agrees to pay for any and all damages or loss to equipment, except as provided under the rental protection plan provision, receipt and Inspection of equipment.

Permits / Licenses: The client shall assume the cost of any permits, licenses, and additional Insurance required by Local or County Ordinances. Please note many Parks, Beaches, and Recreational Facilities require special permits and/or additional Insurance to hold an Event on their premises. Client assumes responsibility to make all such arrangements with non-residential facilities and maintain all financial responsibility to Chazon & Associates should any problem arise due to permit issues.
